The Newlywed Game, Week Three!

It's that time of the week again.  Time to link up again with Karla and Veronica for the Newlywed Game! Are you excited?  I know I am!

I won't keep you waiting any longer!  Here are this weeks questions!

One: How long were you dating your spouse before getting engaged? 

Her. About two and a half years.  Started dating January 14, 2007 and got engaged on June 20, 2009.  If you read this weeks Newlywed Blog Hop story you know that I was in complete and utter shock when he popped the question!

Him. 2 and 1/2 years about. More accurately about 887 days and 20 hours. Give or take a few hours. (wow I'm very impressed by this answer)

Two. Do you remember your first big fight, if so what was it about?

Her. I seriously have no clue!  It was six years ago!  It was probably something stupid though!

Him. We are not big fighters so I should remember but I don't.

Three. Who said "I love you" first?

Her. He did and it was kinda an accident.  He told my best friend at a party one night that he was falling in love with me and I happened to walk into the room as he was saying it. So he had to fess up!

Him. I did, and that means I am way cooler and love her more.

Four. What is your spouse most afraid of?

Her: Germs. He washes his hands about 75 times a day!  

Him. The ocean. Just watching a show with someone swimming in the ocean makes her anxious. But she loves to watch shark week.

Five. Who uses more hair-care products?

Her. If we're counting straighteners and blow driers and stuff like that then it's definitely me.  Otherwise, we're probably pretty even.  I don't really put anything in my hair except some Moroccan Oil every now and then and he puts some gel in his hair.  We're simple people!

Him. I hope her. I have shampoo and gel. She has a whole system of stuff that has to stay in for a certain amount of minutes. I can't remember all that stuff.

Six. Who initiated the first kiss?  How was it on a scale from 1-10?

Her. Jeremie initiated it and I'd give it a 7.  I was super excited about it and I was happy it happened but it was too short!  And then I didn't get to see him again for 2 weeks!

Him. I did. It was probably about a 3 since I was a little chicken. But I said I love you first which makes up for it.

Seven. You are on your way out and need to turn around because someone forgot something...was it you or your spouse who most likely forgot something?

Her. Probably me because I bring way more stuff with me when we go places. Jeremie just has to worry about a phone and a wallet.  And if he forgets something that's not essential he won't go back for it.

Him. Me, I always forget something like my wallet or keys or something I have to bring with us. I have had to turn the car around because I forgot something really important.

Eight. Who takes longer in front of the mirror, you or your spouse?

Her. Me. Hands down!

Him. Stacy definitely does. She has her routines and makes sure she is always extra beautiful. I forget to look in the mirror half the time so it is barely contest.

Nine. What would your spouse name your children if you had one girl and one boy?

Her. Ooooh, I don't know if we are supposed to divulge this information but I will since one of these names is very unlikely!  For a boy, Greyson and for a girl, Aria.

Him. Riley for a girl and Syllas for a boy. (Aria has actually become my first choice girls name, but I guess I never told him that)

Ten. If you were able to give away one thing that your spouse owned, what would you choose?

Her. Hmmmm...that's a good one.  There's nothing that really drives me insane. Seriously, I can't think of anything!  I suppose I would give away his car but only if we got a new one in its place. Ha!

Him. I would give away her phone. I think she is too synced up with it and finds it hard to leave it alone.
